About me


Since its founding in 1997, Mike Rover has been a shareholder of Rover Armstrong (formerly The Rover Law Firm) practicing real estate, business, and construction law. Mike regularly handles complex, multi-million dollar real estate transactions from the listing, letter of intent, and purchase agreement phase, to financing and debt assumption, to due diligence, pre-closing matters, and closing.




Mike's business related services include the formation and governance of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, as well as stock transactions and asset sales. Additionally, Mike has litigated numerous cases involving business, real estate, contract, and construction disputes. Mike has developed diverse and extensive clientele and strong qualifications including:




  • Bachelor of Business Administration - University of San Diego

  • Juris Doctor - Loyola Law School, Los Angeles

  • American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in trial advocacy

  • Licensed California contractor (Lic. No. 634818)

  • Licensed California real estate broker (Lic. No. 1302921)

  • Member of California State Bar, Nevada State Bar, and the Desert Bar Association

  • Admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, Nevada Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court.
