I worked with Keith for over one and a half years in preparation for a trial, all-the-while he attempted and encouraged mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences and anything else he could think of for his client to avoid the expensive costs of litigation. He was protective of his client in emails, letters, court appearances and especially depositions. He was loyal to a fault, creative as an artist and dedicated. He listened for hours to verbal histories of the parties, studiously and intensely researched case histories, examining every issue from numerous angles of attack and defense. At the end of this case there were 45 banker's boxes of documents and emails. I would guess he knew virtually every word of every document. You might say Keith is analagous to a Black Belt in matters of litigation! Would I recommend Keith? Without hesitation.
