My Father, a commercial truck driver, received a misdemeanor speeding ticket in San Bernardino County, Needles area. He was driving over 15 miles the posted speed limit. I was in my 1999 Ford 150 truck which has 190,000 miles driving between 65 and 70 mph (which 75 is the top speed of this truck) on the 10 FWY passing thru Banning, CA.
