So I drive to Arizona for the Charger game and on this long lonely road where I was the only car , all of a sudden I saw the red white and blue lights... Well i just got a new car and was testing it out.. Cop said I was going 107.. Well then it occurred to me this ticket is a mandatory court appearan...ce in Winterhaven Ca ... Just before you get to AZ, a 2 point in fraction and license suspension . Well if I lost this case 1. I work in the auto industry and need a good driving record and a drivers lic, 2. That would've been 3 points and I just completed traffic school so one more ticket would've been a 6 month suspension , not to mention possibly getting dropped from insurance or higher insurance rates. So every lawyer I use in San Diego only referred me to one lawyer who would go all the way out there. Well called that guy he happen to retire that day! He did refer me to Cormell Shafer and yes it was definitely not the price I would pay in San diego but I had a lot on the line and the fine could've been as much as $2000. So even though I paid more this case was way out of the way for the lawyer but still cheaper then some others I called out of the area . Got the ticket in sept 14th and found out in April after several push backs it was dismissed! Best news ever . I just wanted at least to be 1 point instead of 2 and no license suspension. This blew my mind and I am very satisfied! They even told me they Doubt they could dismiss it! I give top remarks for Cormell Shafer! He was always willing to call you with any questions and his staff was knowledgable .

...is completely astonishing. It's very rare that I come across a person/business that hasn't tried to screw me over. When I first called and heard the price, I thought it seemed a bit sketchy since a lot of other companies charge much more. Then we got into the discussion of what the outcome would p...robably be.. Mr. Cormell's assistant want completely honest and upfront. She told me that in my situation (SpeedingTicketOver100mph/FailuretoAppear/LicenseUpForSuspension) I more than like wasn't going to come out of it without paying for at least one of them and I was ok with that. So the first thing they did was kept my license from being suspended...And now 3 months later, I received the news that both tickets were dismissed. The most that I had to do in this entire situation was email some paperwork and make my three payments ( because they were nice enough people to sit back realize that a 27 year old college student more than like doesn't just have money like that laying around). Shaffer Cormell's team is amazing! Use them or good luck losing your case and money.........and don't forget your traffic points!

I received a speeding ticket after I already had 3 points on my license. This ticket would have given me my 4th point and would have resulted in a license suspension. I had no choice but to fight it so I found Shaffer. He picked up my phone call at 7pm and carefully explained to me what my options we...re and his fees. They were reasonable so I agreed. He requested several trial extensions and 6 months later I received an email saying my case was dismissed! No points no fines nothing! He saved my license! This guy is the real deal. Don't think twice about hiring him.

This is a late review but this lawyer was able to get rid of my speeding ticket which would have been the 4th point on my record which would have gotten my license taken away. When i was younger i had a lead foot. I was caught doing a 93 in a 55 which would have been the final point to take away m...y license. I hired Shaffer and he was very knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. He recommended trying to get a past speeding ticket taken care of so i would only have 3 points total on my record, but i explained to him i had financial troubles so he pursued the 93 in a 55 to save me as much money as possible. Along with that ticket he still recommended that i go after the last ticket i had but i was unable to pay his fee's to try and get rid of that ticket, he pursued that ticket without charging me and was able to get me my money back along with that point taken off my record. He is an extremely competent lawyer who actually cared! He did everything he could to help me keep my license and i ended up keeping my license along with getting an old ticket taken off my record, along with the refund on that old ticket! Fortunately, since then, i have not gotten any more speeding tickets(He really changed my mind on my driving habits and it stuck with me all these years). I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone who wants to get a ticket taken care of.
