Chuck is very thorough in his initial assessment of any action. He will accept a case only upon determining and discussing the challenges with the client. He does not attempt to be a "jack of all trades" attorney and he will readily refer a client to his network of fellow lawyers if he feels it is in the best interest of the client.
Chuck works closely with clients in uncovering pertinent issues not readily known from an initial document review. I really consider these interview stylings were crucial to the formation of the case. Legal fees are always a cause for anxiety. Chuck's case preparation was thorough and concise. Our case was "ready for trial" upon initial filings and notice to defendant's counsel. This encouraged immediate, sincere discussions. Our case was settled without the process being prolonged.
Chucks billing was fair and I would not hesitate to use him again. I have referred other clients for his services as well.

Our case with a contractor was handled with professionalism and tenacity. Every step of the way we felt he had our best interests at heart. Chuck's knowledge of the process was spot on and we knew we could rely on him. We could not be happier!

I used this lawyer in a Personal Injury case related to an automobile accident. He was able to secure a significant recovery within the time frame we originally discussed. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge of the law and handling of my case.
