I was back and forth from Las Vegas, Nevada to San Diego County for Family Court back in 2013 caught up in a "jurisdiction" issue and was informed that I need to hire an attorney in the area. Having dealt with Courts/Attorney's for over 10 yrs, I did not have much faith in many. For the longest time I thought, I could go PROPER and just do fine... until I witnessed Mr. Mesnik in court, helping one of his existing clients... dealing with opposing Attorney. Only cares about winning, no concern for children or anyone else. He was my attorney but still sickened me by his lack of caring about the family, he sarcastically laughed in court about my child. He just wanted to win and hurt the other side which isn't what I signed up for. If you want the best ...outcome for your family go elsewhere, it's about him not you and yours.
