I was back and forth from Las Vegas, Nevada to San Diego County for Family Court back in 2013 caught up in a "jurisdiction" issue and was informed that I need to hire an attorney in the area. After meeting with Mr. Mesnik I felt confident in his abilities to represent me in my case and retained him i...mmediately. When we went to court, the judge claimed it was a "jurisdiction" issue again and had to start over at no fault to Mr. Mesnik (just the judge dropping the ball). The one thing I will say is that Matt is VERY knowledgeable, aggressive, and was glad he was my attorney. Matt got me through a tough divorce. He kept on top of tricks being attempted by the ex's attorney and pushed for my fair interests in the settlement. Although divorces can get long and painful through the settlement process, Matt helped push the proceedings along to get the case resolved as soon as ...possible. Only cares about winning, no concern for children or anyone else. He was my attorney but still sickened me by his lack of caring about the family, he sarcastically laughed in court about my child. He just wanted to win and hurt the other side which isn't what I signed up for. If you want the best ...outcome for your family go elsewhere, it's about him not you and yours.
