I was back and forth from Las Vegas, Nevada to San Diego County for Family Court back in 2013 caught up in a "jurisdiction" issue and was informed that I need to hire an attorney in the area. After meeting with Mr. Mesnik I felt confident in his abilities to represent me in my case and retained him i...mmediately. When we went to court, the judge claimed it was a "jurisdiction" issue again and had to start over at no fault to Mr. Mesnik (just the judge dropping the ball). The one thing I will say is that Matt is VERY knowledgeable, aggressive, and was glad he was my attorney.
