Understanding, very helpful and very knowlegeable personal injury attorney

I was very frustrated with Farmers car accident insurance company. They were the person who caused my car accident’s insurance company and they could care less about my husband or me. They gave us the total run around. I did not know what to do, and then, I thought, why not have someone on “my sid...e,” that will take care of all of this. I must admit, my husband was very skeptical as he does not like confrontation, and we have enough going on in our lives, financial stress, not to mention two very young children that take up all of our time. Caring for the children was quite difficult due to the severe whiplash and other spinal cord injuries that happened to me. I realized we just could not handle this nightmare all by ourselves so I hired Michael Pines law firm. Boy, I was very lucky. They did everything. When I was first hurt and could not travel, they made things real easy and came out to my home. They are very nice and informative. They answered all of my questions and were always available to help me. They helped me get excellent health care and chiropractic care. I loved the entire staff. All of the people very nice and extremely helpful. Michael went to a very good law school, used to work for corporate America, and really knows his stuff inside and out. All they do is personal injury, not a lot of things, so, I was in the right place. I would strongly recommend this fine personal injury law firm to anyone one that is injured in a car crash or any type of injury.

I picked the RIGHT car accident lawyer

These lawyers were “on it” from the beginning. I had a great deal of stress after the automobile accident which they immediately helped take away. Unfortunately I did not have health insurance, had a large hospital bill with Palomar Hospital. So, I needed help paying this enormous medical bill. I... was shocked at the unbelievable reduction my lawyers got on my behalf. They really took care of everything. When picking a personal injury attorney, as the saying goes, “you really don’t know what you’re going to get.” I feel very fortunate to have picked this car accident law firm. I used to work at Nordstrom’s for almost 5 years and know how important customer service is and know it when I see it. My job was to handle unhappy and dissatisfied customers all day. Michael Pines and his whole personal injury law firm were unbelievably courteous. They used the word “it would be my pleasure” all the time when responding to any of my requests and it made me feel special and good. Today I work with troubled kids (used drugs, were abused, etc.) doing horseback riding and camping. It’s a rugged ranch and it’s very important to really care about the kids without looking at their past. This law firm exhibited this trait in spades. I hope this helps people when trying to decide not just to pick an attorney, but to pick the right and best attorney.

The personal injury attorney, Michael Pines, is the best!

I have an AA degree as a certified paralegal. 1They handled my car accident very well. These attorneys were well-organized and .fast and efficient. When I hit very hard times due to this economy, they came through for my family and me. The entire staff was very courteous and were very pat...ient with all of my phone calls. They answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend other people to these fine personal injury attorneys.

Excellence in Action!

One always hears horror stories regarding attorneys and although I have not had much experience with attorneys, I can truthfully say however, that I have been fortunate with the ones that have represented me. Such is the case with personal-injury Attorney Michael A. Pines. Michael, and I use his ...first name informally because he has demonstrated to be not only our attorney but our friend and has encouraged us to speak to him as such, has proven to be an outstanding attorney. This particular auto accident case has been extremely sensitive, complex and difficult yet the results have been much more than gratifying; they have by far, exceeded our expectations. The amount of hours expended have been in the thousands; the quantity of files could fill a small warehouse; the number of depositions alone reach almost twenty and when you consider expert witnesses, filmography, and other evidentiary materials and exhibits, it’s mind-boggling to the lay person how he could orchestrate it to such a satisfactory conclusion. One thing that the previous comments do not mention is the humanity, the obvious caring for the welfare and well-being of his client and that is something that money cannot buy but is appreciated from the heart. If anything else can be added to these comments is that his exacting attention to detail is impressive, to say the least. He leaves no doubt left unanswered and no detail incomplete. I would not hesitate to recommend these fine, automobile-accident, personal-injury attorneys to anyone.

This whole acci...dent was very stressful and I didn’t know what to do. Michael and his staff were extremely professional, honest and really cared about their clients (by giving first class service). They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. The people at this office were polite and very content with themselves. They really took the time to listen to each of my concerns, as often as I liked, which all increased my confidence in them. I didn’t need to call them often because I knew they were working hard on my case, which they were.
