Excellent Representation!

We had a personal injury case involving profound loss and it was emotionally challenging from start to finish. The Webb team approached it with care, integrity, and respect, and worked diligently to ensure accountability and answers. We appreciated their professionalism and compassion throughout the ...process.

Lenden and his team saved my life. This is no joke.

I was sued by a billion-dollar company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. If we hadn’t won the legal battle against this billion-dollar company, my family would have been bankrupt. We would have lost our home, cars and most of our personal belongings. To make matters worse, due to unforeseen circum...stances out of our control, it took nearly five years for the legal battle to reach trial. Given the dire consequences if we had lost the legal battle, as well as the tortuous period of nearly five years to reach trial, I’m not certain that I would have had the mental strength to carry on without Lenden by my side. Lenden and his team are professionals. Their understanding of the law is comprehensive. Their ability to present a case to the judge and jury is remarkable. Their commitment to victory and willingness to work night and day is unquestioned. Unlike most other attorneys, Lenden and his team also took the time to listen to me, my concerns and thoughts on how we should proceed. They made me feel like a “human being” with purpose and direction, not just another case number stranded in the vast legal system. In addition to Lenden, I would like to mention Christian Clark. He led the work on my case for several years. Christian is intelligent, communicates clearly, and will always be more prepared than the legal opposition. In preparation for my trial and during my trial, Christian set aside his personal life for over a month to ensure victory. He is a young attorney with a bright future. Speaking of legal opposition, we faced attorneys with their offices located in Los Angeles on Wilshire Boulevard. They were pompous “know-it-alls.” It’s likely their lead lawyer’s fee is $700 to $800 per hour, if not more. This pompous law firm looked down on Lenden and his “lowly” team from San Diego and Fresno. It gave me great satisfaction to watch as Lenden and his team defeated this pompous Los Angeles law firm nearly every step of the way. This is more evidence that Lenden and his team can defeat any legal opposition. Words cannot express my gratitude to Lenden and his team. I am forever grateful for their support, concern, and trust in me. Scott Talcott

Great team!

It is with great joy that I tell you that I’m FREE and at PEACE for the first time in over a year. Today at court with a jury trial starting, many options were given to me that made me feel like I had the upper hand in this lawsuit, It made me feel so powerful. I just wanted to thank you all fro...m the bottom of my heart for all the hard work you put into my case. Thank you for trusting me and believing in me. Again, thank you all. If I should ever find myself in court again, your team will be the first ones I will call on. With so much love and appreciation, - Emily Calderon

Great communication and ideal outcome

I highly recommend Webb Law Firm. I was looking for a law firm with expertise in labor & employment law and I'm glad I picked them. I had many, many questions for them, yet they never once rushed me through any meetings or phone calls, as they answered all my questions until I understood completely. ...The Webb law firm are very dedicated, and knowledgeable professionals. Additionally, they provided me with realistic possible outcomes, yet eased my mind with their empathy and outcomes of their legal experiences. They were never difficult to get a hold of, and were diligent in responding to any and all my messages or emails. From the moment I hired them, I knew I was getting the highest greatest representation. I highly recommend and extend my gratitude to Christopher and the Webb legal team. The outcome of my lawsuit was favorable, I settled without having to attend trial and I am pleased with my settlement. I can now move forward knowing that I had no regrets and was very well represented.

Not helpful and didn't get what I paid for

Paid $250 for an hour initial consult at his Fresno office. A waste of my time and a switcheroo. I used his Avvo reviews to feel I was getting someone well-regarded to consult with and, despite his good reviews, my experience was not good. I specifically scheduled a time when I could have a face-to...- face mtg. Mr.Webb, however, wasn't in the office when I arrived, on time. So, I had an awkward teleconference in a large room. Didn't see him. I came for legal advice about how to handle a compound neighborhood situation--multiple close country neighbors with junk cars and salvage businesses with attendant blight and noise. County Code Enforcement offered insufficient consequences to remedy the worst, well-founded situation which got worse. I sent summary documentation well ahead of my appt. He wasn't unpleasant, asked cursory questions and gave me extraneous advice on NON-LEGAL areas which I WASN'T seeking. He gave me almost no useful legal info, options or resources which I WAS seeking--and paying for. I felt he was running out the clock, wasn't empathetic to my situation and was patronizing, though he said I write well and was articulate. That's easier to do when you can't even see the person. He kept encouraging me to move, suggesting I could play bridge with others. [It felt stereotypically insulting and presumptuous! I've never played bridge.] If I planned to do that, I wouldn't need an attorney to try to remedy the ACTUAL problem that I came for. Nothing at all reassuring about this consult. My impression was money was the key and he felt a senior might not have sufficient fund to make it worthwhile. If it were a high dollar case, on the face of it, I think he would have mustered some interest. He did say he would do "whatever you want"-- followed by "$6 per minute". A client doesn't want to pay whatever price unless there is enough "buy-in" on the part of the attorney, beyond his fee, to do what is needed/ requested. A now deceased attorney I saw 15 years ago was very helpful, informative and supportive. More concerned about doing the right thing than keeping an eye on the meter running. What a concept! Looking for another like him.

Dear Linda, While we rarely get bad reviews, I hear your frustration and remember our discussion very well. In short, the law isn’t always “the best answer”. Please allow me to explain. While the law often has a solution, and we discussed various legal options, none were your best solution. In short, your opponents were breaking the law. Civil legal remedies have little effect on criminals who are breaking into your house. More drastic measures are necessary to protect you. Hiring an attorney or spending more money with our office to take civil recourse would, very likely, be throwing good money after bad. Clients don’t like to hear me tell them not to spend more money with us, but sometimes not filing suit is the right thing to do. While my job is to help clients with legal solutions, I advised you to pursue a non-legal remedy. I advised you to not go beyond our hour-long consultation with our office because it didn’t make sense for you to fight using the civil litigation remedies our office provides. I told you if you wanted to fight, and put yourself in harm’s way, we would be by your side, trying to keep you safe as best as possible and advocating for you the entire way, but this would be against my counsel. In more detail, during your appointment, (where we went over an hour and I didn’t charge you for the extra time), we poured over Google earth satellite images regarding your location, I was able to put your property images on the screen in front of you while we discussed each problematic neighbor in detail. I took several pages of notes. We explored various legal options with the courts and county and I outlined different attack strategies and explained not only the costs, but also the risks and opportunities associated with each strategy. At the end of our discussion, my concern was that the value of the money spent fighting legal battles with people who have shown no respect for the law would be overwhelmed by the value of moving away from your residence. (“never to wrestle with a pig. You get dirty, and besides, the pig likes it.” ~George Bernard Shaw) While we have dealt with countless neighbor situations before, because of the break-ins and criminal activity in your remote home, no amount of legal work can fully protect you living by yourself at an advanced age in a home where neighbors are snubbing the law and endangering your well-being. In this situation the tools in our civil legal toolkit are useless in comparison to the value of changing your environment and moving to a safer locale. We wish you the best and hope your situation improves.
