Our business is not yet a big company therefore when we got into a little bit of a mess, we were having difficulty solving it. I contacted Mr. Webb for help with my legal matter. It is difficult to rate his knowledge as legal memos were provided to me by a paralegal. Communication was poor. I also questioned the legal opinions offered as it conflicted with my research. Corrections came with a hefty price tag along with an excessive amount of collaboration between firm personnel (with subsequent billing) for what I considered a basic legal issue and simple request.
