I originally consulted with Mr. warshof for representation in a chapter 7 bankruptcy as I could no longer afford my monthly payments on all my debts. I had decent knowledge of my bankruptcy options going in, figuring chapter 7 would be ideal ad opposed to a ch. 13 which in had thought required you to pay anlargr portion of your debts back. After consulting with Mr. Warshof, he had come up with a plan that would benefit me significantly more than a chapter 7, and it involved filing a chapter 13 case, stripping my car loan down to the fair market value, strippingnoff the 2nd mortgage from my house, and eliminating the tax penalties and interest from my tax debt. I filed a chapter 13 case with a payment of $350 per month for 36 months. Compare that to what i was paying beforehand, which was $375 for my car alone, together with $800 to my home equity loan and $300/mo to the IRS. 3 years later, I was debt free and because i filed ch. 13 rather than ch. 7, I only had to pay $350/mo for the last 3 years compared to $1450/month had i filed a ch. 7. Plus, my home equity loan is now gone. Had I not put my trust in Mr. Warshof's advice to file 13 rather than 7, I would have ended up paying over $50,000 more , and for absolutely no reason other than the fact that I had thought ch. 7 seemed better than 13. I was mistaken and luckily Mr. Warshof was able to see & explain the advantages of 13 and convinced me to go that route.

By far one the best attorney I have ever had representing me! Todd get's his work done fast and efficiently! At first filing bankruptcy scared me quite some bit. I hadn't realized how much debt I had worked my way into. I started to feel like there was no way out; that any help I sought just wanted my money. Just to never hear back from again.
Not until I met Todd, he seemed different then other attorney's; he simply seemed to care, always looking out for my best interest. I was a emotional basket-case when I first came in. But then the first thing Todd does, is explain to me that everything was going to be ok. That there WAS a way out; to be given a second chance. And did it in a manor unlike the other attorneys I previously spoke with. He was on my level; he spoke "to" me, not "down" to me.
I truly felt as if a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I felt taken care trust came easily.
The rest was a breeze, I then handed over all my receipts and W2's, and he handled the rest.
I stopped getting harassed by creditors; my mail box was no longer stuffed with post due notices. And so today I can honestly say, "SO WORTH," the money and little time put forth.
AND to top it all off his prices were well within reason. Going and beating all the other attorney's fees.
I definitely suggest Todd A. Warshof to anyone seeking that true, honest, hard working, blue collar service, you just don't seem to get anymore these days.

Todd turned my life around. I remember not wanting to get up because no matter how hard and how much I worked, everything I made was going towards bills and ridiculously high interest on my debt. Life sucked. Anytime I bought anything, even when I really needed it, I felt guilty for buying it because I knew it would make paying the bills harder. After my chapter 7 I have been so much happier. My money is mine and I can buy what I want. It's the best feeling ever not owing anyone money! Turn your life around and use the law to do it. Chapter 7 is for those that need it and the sooner you do it the better your life will be. Todd takes over and on w you get your paperwork to him your worries are over!

I endorse Todd Warshof. Todd and I worked together at one of San Diego's largest consumer bankruptcy firms. Todd gained valuable experience there and later opened his own firm to provide clients the personal attention and support they deserve in their time of crisis. Todd not only is an excellent attorney for his clients, he is also a valuable resource to his colleagues. He is a great "sounding board" for questions or second opinions, and regularly brings to the table relevant points or concepts that would otherwise not have been considered.
