They pass the buck as if its air hockey or a puck passing across the ice. ZERO accountability when it comes billable hours. When you try and reconcile. Mary will pull in her paralegal / junior attorney and give you ALL the confidence things will be made right. Ummm. You just got doubled billed. I actually think I heard a duck WITH his long bill laugh on my way out. Thank you!
