The evening after my DUI arrest I realized I am in serious trouble. Friend of mine recommended me Alisha Wood and I can say this was a great choice. Alisha and her co-worker Carmen are young energetic and super nice people and mainly, 100% professionals. They know exactly what they are doing and are ...very efficient. With speeding and having .17 BAC I was facing serious consequences including jail time, loosing my license for many months, installation of car ignition interlock device in my car for up to a year (that, I learned, includes installation, calibration and monthly rental fees) and several days of public work service. None of that happened thanks to Alisha. From the beginning they let you feel that you are in good hands, which I think is extremely important. Every meeting with Alisha and Carmen was a pleasure and in spite of discussing serious matters, the time spent in the office was enjoyable and reassuring. While I have not completed all the court requirements yet, it seems that the worst time is in the past. I ended up with 3 mo DUI program, court fee (of course) , 30 days of hard suspension and 6 mo restricted driver license (and of course RS-22 insurance for 3 years (not that bad...)). Well, it is a lesson, but looking back it could have been much worse. Mainly, during all that time I had a peace of mind , so I could focus on my family and work. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Alisha, Carmen, and Matt's kindness and help throughout this horrible ordeal. This is not a position I ever imagined I would find myself in and was totally terrified, but this team worked hard to make my experience as positive as possible and really got me th...e best outcome I could have hoped for in lieu of a complete dismissal. I really had a lot of needs, and they met each one of them (e.g. privacy, shortest probation period possible, customized end result, etc.). I worked most closely with Alisha and Carmen throughout this process and could not have felt in more capable and caring hands. I sincerely felt I had advocates who were really on my side.

I was looking at some pretty serious charges for my DUI, my first and no previous record, with the wonderful staff here I felt i was in the best of hands. Instead of jail and the intense DUI pr...ograms, I am able to continue working and have been able to keep bettering myself through the course of my DUI. They saved me, literally from losing everything.
