    You MUST contact an attorney. The lack of a blood test is not the end of the DUI. Were you cited for a refusal? You still may be subject to DMV action and criminal charges

    you should receive s notice from the federal court in the mail when your court date is. you will have to appear on that date. you should contact a lawyer ASAP

    Field test are optional both for you and the cops they. You are not required to perform or participate in them and the cop is not required to conduct them.

    Unfortunately your license will stay suspended until you complete at least 30 hours of the program if your BAC was under a .20 and the full program if a .20 or higher

    Both the breath and blood results can be used. You will need representation in the court jurisdiction of the arrest. Generally an attorney can make the court appearances for you without your personal presence.

    Why are you so paranoid? Stay off the ganga and be glad that you are not called into for testing. Most likely your PO is overworked and you are considered low priority. Leave it,. stay clean
