For my DUI case I initially felt very helpless, like there was nothing I could do to better my situation and thought I should just go with a public defender and accept whatever outcome there was. approximately eight months ago I was involved in a car crash (alcohol was involved), I was very nervous because I was not fined, fingerprinted or formally arrested, but I was given a release from custody noticed and the pink paper because they had taken my license away, which meant I was going to fac...e charges for DUI. luckily I didn't hurt anyone.
