Mark represented me for my first and second DUI. In February of 2015 I was involved in a minor accident with a traffic sign and was arrest for DUI. Mark was able to set up the DMV hearing which they said I wasn't driving impaired and I was able to keep my license. Mark handled all the court proceedin...gs and I never had to show face. The outcome was wonderful in that I got a wet reckless instead of a full blown DUI. I received only a small fine and a 6 week DUI program with 3 years court probation. No extended DUI program, no community service. In March of 2017 I was involved in yet another accident but this time with another vehicle. The vehicles were eventually claimed to be totaled and the victim claimed minor injury. Said his shoulder hurt. The arresting officer recommended a felony DUI for this case. So, I have a second arrest while on probation, in an accident driving under the influence, with "injuries" not major. I was in a bad way. I called Mark and was panicking because I was looking at up to 7 years in prison for this mistake. Mark took on my case and was a big help, again. I did all the extra things he requested me to do to show the courts that I'm not a screw up alcoholic. We went to court a few times and finally received a decent offer/ plea that Mark was able to get set up. I received no jail time and 4 months house arrest instead. Plus, a minimal fine. I did receive the felony, but after I complete the 18 month multiple conviction program without getting in any trouble, I will get the charges reduced to a misdemeanor. YAY!!! It all worked out in the end because of Mark and his teams hard work. He is very honest, thorough, professional, great with communicating and answering questions. He knows his way around a courtroom and how to handle the DA and Prosecution. He is very affordable and is willing to work with you financially. I highly recommend him with any and all DUI cases. Attorney Mark Deniz and staff were the right team for my DUI case. They handled the entire process on my behalf. The staff was very polite and compassionate towards my unfortunate situation. I thought I was going to have to do a lot of the leg work with the justice system and the DMV department, bu...t I did not because they represented me all the way through the process and contacted me when necessary and gave me guidance and information as needed to help me steer the course of the judicial process.
