approximately eight months ago I was involved in a car crash (alcohol was involved), I was very nervous because I was not fined, fingerprinted or formally arrested, but I was given a release from custody noticed and the pink paper because they had taken my license away, which meant I was going to fac...e charges for DUI. luckily I didn't hurt anyone. I searched on the web for a good defender and even contacted several over the phone, but I didn't get that sense of security from them. I was arrested for domestic battery in March 2016, a very serious crime. If convicted, I was facing possible jail time, loss of my gun rights, loss of my state licenses, huge fines, anger management classes, and future issues with custody and visitation with my child.
