I cant recommend Mark Deniz enough for helping me with my DUI case. DON’T THINK TWICE ON HIRING MARK ESPECIALLY if you are A VET! My case was very convoluted as the DA was trying to deny me my rights as a 1st-time offender VET with VA ratings. Mark from the very beginning was engaged and truly care...d about me personally and the outcome of my case. Lots of back and forth with the courts at all levels and Mark always kept me apprised of what was going on – over 2 yrs until final resolution and DISMISSAL of charges! And through all that he never asked me to pony up more cash for all the time and effort him and his staff spent on my case. I cant thank Mark and his staff enough, especially Alissa for getting me through this ordeal with the best possible outcome! Especially if you are a VET with VA ratings Mark is the expert lawyer in this area he is the guy you need.

Attorney Mark Deniz and staff were the right team for my DUI case. They handled the entire process on my behalf. The staff was very polite and compassionate towards my unfortunate situation. I thought I was going to have to do a lot of the leg work with the justice system and the DMV department, bu...t I did not because they represented me all the way through the process and contacted me when necessary and gave me guidance and information as needed to help me steer the course of the judicial process. Trust me this is an invaluable service! I was facing a 1st time DUI incident with a high BAC level according to the DA. Mr. Deniz was able to get me a reduced sentence consisting of a 3 month DUI course on a restricted license, a short run on a daily breathalyzer, and a county fine. I have learned my lesson from this experience and I have vowed to never drink again, even casually or at any special occasion. Alcohol is something that I am more than happy to live without.
