I highly recommend Mark Deniz. He responded quickly and was very informative, caring and acted quickly to get ahead of the situation to persuade the District Attorney from not pressing charges. His flat fee schedule is reasonable and upfront, and although I was able to full pay, he does work with you... on a payment plan. Again, I would highly recommend Mark Deniz and his office. I was not required to show up to arraignment and my case was dropped 2 weeks later.

I will make this brief. I was in a legit jam, just got in trouble for a DUI , my BAC was high (under .2 though), and there were a few other complications. After an unfortunate incident leading to a long stressful DUI battle, I decided to retain Mark Deniz and his firm to work on my case. I researched a handful of law firms, and Mark was the only person who responded back to my call within a few hours on a Saturday.
