After I got a DUI (first DUI), I spoke with a few attorney's but they didn't seemed confident. When I spoke with Mark, he was confident and knowledgeable. Thank you for the kind words. When I was a prosecutor I knew good people were coming into the process seeking fairness. The punishment did not always fit the act. It takes hard work, communication with the prosecution/judge, as well as having sound legal arguments. I am glad to have the pleasure of advocating on your behalf.
