This review has been a long time coming, as my incident happened in July 2015. I was involved in a .20 DUI, with "hit and run" and a refusal. Was charged with felony DUI (first offense). After a couple days of speaking with very qualified attorneys, I selected Mark Deniz. Why? Honestly, it was becau...se of his personality. He was calming, yet firm and honest. Do I think I may have gotten the same results had I have selected the other attorney.....yes. However, the calming nature of Mark Deniz was what I definitely needed and welcomed in my time of stupidity.
