Where do I start? I was looking at serious penalties and charged with my case. I had an accident(no injuries mind you, but bad nonetheless) and a high BAC. Mark went to work right away. Advised me to enroll in the DUI program before the court date, and get commendations from colleagues to help me in ...the long run. I seriously advise seeking his help if you are in a jam. Mr. Mark Deniz , is a VERY TRUST WORTHLY ATTORNEY and knows the law inside and out. I was on my 3rd DUI , I was scared to death , that I was going to have to do some jail time. Where do I begin... Mark literally saved my life. I was facing a lot of charges, including dui, resisting, domestic violence, hit and run, and driving on an expired license. After reading reviews and doing a little homework I decided to give Mark a call. He was the first and last attorney that I ca...lled, he didn't make any promises but he said that the case was workable and he would do the best he could to keep me out of jail. This was my fourth DUI and I thought I was looking at a minimum of one year prison time. It was the most stressful time of my life. The courts wanted to raise my bond put an ankle bracelet on me and a restraining order, BEFORE MY COURT DATE BECAUSE I WAS A HIGH RISK. Mark told me that it didn't look to good. He assured me that he'll continue to fight for me, and that's just what he did. Mark was able to get the domestic violence, hit and run, and driving on an expired license thrown out.
