Mark was extremely successful in getting the best possible outcome for my case. Not only was he friendly, but his front office team were just as great! I could tell that he honestly cared about what happened to me. He would reassure me when I felt nervous. He was always prompt on responding to emails... and phone calls. He was able to get me the bare minimum on my case! I hope to never need him again, but I know if I do he will be the only one I would call.
