Mark represented me for my first and second DUI. In February of 2015 I was involved in a minor accident with a traffic sign and was arrest for DUI. Mark was able to set up the DMV hearing which they said I wasn't driving impaired and I was able to keep my license. Mark handled all the court proceedin...gs and I never had to show face. The outcome was wonderful in that I got a wet reckless instead of a full blown DUI. I received only a small fine and a 6 week DUI program with 3 years court probation. No extended DUI program, no community service. In March of 2017 I was involved in yet another accident but this time with another vehicle. The vehicles were eventually claimed to be totaled and the victim claimed minor injury. Said his shoulder hurt. The arresting officer recommended a felony DUI for this case. So, I have a second arrest while on probation, in an accident driving under the influence, with "injuries" not major. I was in a bad way. I called Mark and was panicking because I was looking at up to 7 years in prison for this mistake. Mark took on my case and was a big help, again. I did all the extra things he requested me to do to show the courts that I'm not a screw up alcoholic. We went to court a few times and finally received a decent offer/ plea that Mark was able to get set up. I received no jail time and 4 months house arrest instead. Plus, a minimal fine. I did receive the felony, but after I complete the 18 month multiple conviction program without getting in any trouble, I will get the charges reduced to a misdemeanor. YAY!!! It all worked out in the end because of Mark and his teams hard work. He is very honest, thorough, professional, great with communicating and answering questions. He knows his way around a courtroom and how to handle the DA and Prosecution. He is very affordable and is willing to work with you financially. I highly recommend him with any and all DUI cases. For my DUI case I initially felt very helpless, like there was nothing I could do to better my situation and thought I should just go with a public defender and accept whatever outcome there was. The burden of it all was extremely taxing on my psychological health. Although it was my first offense I ...blew a .17 and was looking at some harsh punishment for it. After consulting a few lawyers Mark was easily the best choice and most reasonably priced. He made me feel secure and was very upfront with me about what he could do for me from the get-go. Because of him I saved so much money and gained mental clarity knowing I was getting the best deal possible. He also works with you as far as payment goes to set up a plan that isn’t unreasonable, which also helps for whatever financial situation you find yourself in. All in all, amazing experience and highly recommend him to anyone fighting a DUI!

Mark Deniz did an exceptional job on my case. I had a DV case and was initially charge with a misdemeanor. I was FREAKING out as I have never been charged with a crime. I knew I had to get an attorney because honestly I felt I was innocent of all the charges and if convicted my life would be wrecked.... I found Mark off some website and immediately called him. I thought I was in trouble and was heading into jail for a a week or two at least. I did not want to lose my job or be away from the kids. He came in and took control of the situation. So My girlfriend and I moved to California from Ohio a few months ago. We are in our early 20s and have No family or fallback within 2,000 miles.
