I hired Attorney Mark Deniz for a misdemeanor violation I received at the San Diego airport for having a non-secured firearm in a checked bag. From the beginning Mark was very confident that he could get my case resolved quickly with the least amount of punishment. Mark also wanted to keep the cost l...ow for his retainer. Mark was able to have a bench warrant lifted immediately after we spoke about the case and he began to go to court in my place as I was now residing in another state. In total it took about 2 months for the case to be resolved. I had to pay a fine and that was it. Mark kept in touch with me throughout the 2 months updating me with information about the court hearings and what the prosecution wanted to do. I would highly recommend Mark as a lawyer.
