As a client I could not be any happier with the outcome. I was a first time offender with a little over a .19 BAC (max limit is .08). The odds were ve...ry clearly against me. I was caught dead to rights for a high blood alcohol DUI. I’m a realist and assumed I was going to have the book thrown at me, do at least 4 days of jail time, eat a minimum $7-$10k fine, do 10-15 days of community service, and whatever other punitive measures there are for DUI.
