I will make this brief. I was in a legit jam, just got in trouble for a DUI , my BAC was high (under .2 though), and there were a few other complications. After an unfortunate incident leading to a long stressful DUI battle, I decided to retain Mark Deniz and his firm to work on my case. Last week on Tuesday July 19th, I had received a letter from the Superior Court of San Diego stating that a warrant was issued for my arrest due to a violation from a DUI incident in 2018. I was positive that the conviction was vacated as I had completed all requirements in early 2020 and was only o...n probation. I immediately reached out to Mr. Deniz... Mr. Deniz responded to me immediately and told me what he required from me. He assured me that I had nothing to worry about the warrant and that something was probably not sent to the courts as it should have been.
