Excellent experience from start to finish with Mark Deniz. He responded quickly and I felt he knew what he was doing from years of experience. Explained eveything that was going to happen with the process and clear any questions I had. I wanted to have my DUI expunged and that’s exactly what he made ...happen. I highly recommend Mark Deniz. He responded quickly and was very informative, caring and acted quickly to get ahead of the situation to persuade the District Attorney from not pressing charges. His flat fee schedule is reasonable and upfront, and although I was able to full pay, he does work with you... on a payment plan. Again, I would highly recommend Mark Deniz and his office. I was not required to show up to arraignment and my case was dropped 2 weeks later.
