I was arrested for domestic battery in March 2016, a very serious crime. If convicted, I was facing possible jail time, loss of my gun rights, loss of my state licenses, huge fines, anger management classes, and future issues with custody and visitation with my child. I was scared and needed help q...uick. I never thought in a million years I would have been arrested for a battery charge and sure didn’t know how serious California treats domestic violence / battery cases. So… I interviewed 5 attorneys within a couple of days. They all were very good in their own right but I never felt like any of them really were going to be able to help me or had my best interests at heart. I contracted Mark Deniz to handle my DUI after reading through all of his positive reviews on his website, Avvo and Google. And believe me they are all true. I am so happy that I trusted him with my case. Not only did he work diligently in my best interest but he kept me informed and fought my DUI... as if I were a member of his family or a close friend. As a father of a SDSU college student living a long distance away one of the worst thing you fear is hearing your child is in trouble with the law and was arrested for DUI.
