I had a DUI last year, My BAC was .18 and involved an accident. Spouse had a DUI (unfortunately, not the first). We left message with Mark's office to contact us to see if we could/would retain him. Whomever left message for him 'transposed' our phone number but he we went out of his way, by going back to his office phone, to see which numbers had called earlier.... Mark Deniz is a lifesaver to say the least! I got my DUI back in august, it was resolved on Halloween. Overall just about two months to resolve! Marks firm is small but the advantage to that is personal service, they really care about the person and about getting them the best result possible. My cas...e had a potential felony charge of hit and run, and there was not only alcohol but marijuana involved. I was terrified, but marks hands on proactive approach is what saved me in the end. He recommended that I sign up for the DUI program, Beyond The Caution Tape course and the MADD course and by the time my case was resolved I was almost half way done with the DUI program.
