I recently had a family member who got a DUI with a hit and run ( hit a parked car allegedly) and Mark went above and beyond to fight the charges. Mark Deniz was available quite quickly for a consultation and, while he was rather direct with me about the fact that the circumstances of my case were not great, he gave me great advice for how to be proactive right away and I knew he would be a great advocate for me. There is sparse communication as he works on your case, but he was great about checking in to let me know the latest, so I felt secure. Getting a DUI is a very rough situation for anybody. I got mine in San Diego while on vacation.
