It was the 4th of July 2019 when I was accused of a “hit and run” which ultimately lead to my arrest and charge for DUI. Matter’s turned dark quickly from celebrating America and having fun to potentially temporarily ruining my future. I was beyond devastated and worried about what was to come from t...his. I ended up blowing .01 over the legal limit, I took the breathalyzer as I didn’t feel as I was too intoxicated to drive. I was arrested in pacific beach and had been living in San Diego on my own for 6 years. I made the solo move out west when I was the early age of 18. While out on bail a lot of worry set into the back of my head. Could I afford a DUI, can I keep my job without a license, will I do jail time as I had a prior felony charge for evading 5 years ago?... I consulted with 2 lawyers before finding Mr. Deniz! I had read wonderful reviews and not only did he seem to have the best outcome for his clients he also had the best price. To be honest it all seemed too good to be true. I paid him his 700$ payment and he immediately got started on the case. It was the most affordable as the two lawyers before me wanted at least 3000 down... Not Mr. Deniz. He takes monthly payments of 700$ until a Total of 3500$ is payed off, also you only pay that initial fee of 700$ until you actually go to court so if your case gets dismissed you don’t lose out on over 3000$! I ended up moving back across the country in fear of what could potentially happen. It’s now February of the new year nearly 6 months after my arrest. Mr. Deniz just informed me that with his arguments and dedication the DMV and courts have folded. Both my DUI and hit and run charge were dropped!!! I really can’t say anything more than he is the best lawyer in California if not the United States! I would recommend him to anyone at anytime. He was so easy to work with, always updated me all while I was living 3000 miles away. I can’t thank him enough for giving me my life back. I’m happy to be another customer who can share such a positive story.... if you were convicted of DUI or hit and run I wouldn’t pass up Mark. I was nearly in tears when I got the news yesterday that the case was set aside! God bless Mr. Deniz! he is a life saver and dedicated lawyer who will get you the best outcome possible. Mark succeeded at portraying me as I really am, contrasting a heavy police report. He compiled a slew of my achievements, experiences, etc. into a motion that was presented to the court. This was key in obtaining a very favorable result, considering the circumstances. After initial contact, there was... a bit of a disconnect in communication, but as I understand it, Mark is extremely busy. Even then, other than to submit supporting documents you really needn't contact your lawyer, so in that sense, no harm done. Overall, Mark is a great lawyer to hire at a decent price, would recommend him to friends.
