Spouse had a DUI (unfortunately, not the first). We left message with Mark's office to contact us to see if we could/would retain him. Whomever left message for him 'transposed' our phone number but he we went out of his way, by going back to his office phone, to see which numbers had called earlier.... I’m sure he has enough clients and he could have just not contacted us or waited for us to call back. He called us that evening (surely what should be his personal time) and spent time hearing the situation and asking questions. He gave us his quote which we feel was very reasonable. He gives you guidance on what you may want to do prior to court date that may help. Before, during and after the court dates he was in contact with us consistently along with a face-to-face meeting. Mark is very personable and genuine and he will also represent you at your DMV/APS hearing. The outcome was MORE than we could have ever expected considering the situation. When spouse went to court to pay fines, etc. the clerk couldn’t believe how ‘lenient’ the judgement was. As stated in this review title, we are in AWE of the outcome. This man KNOWS what he is doing, and we are so VERY GRATEFUL!! Thank you, Mark!!

Mark Deniz is a lifesaver to say the least! I got my DUI back in august, it was resolved on Halloween. Overall just about two months to resolve! Marks firm is small but the advantage to that is personal service, they really care about the person and about getting them the best result possible. My cas...e had a potential felony charge of hit and run, and there was not only alcohol but marijuana involved. I was terrified, but marks hands on proactive approach is what saved me in the end. He recommended that I sign up for the DUI program, Beyond The Caution Tape course and the MADD course and by the time my case was resolved I was almost half way done with the DUI program. He knows both sides of the process considering he was a former DA, this is a huge asset and advantage that he brings to the table.
