Last week on Tuesday July 19th, I had received a letter from the Superior Court of San Diego stating that a warrant was issued for my arrest due to a violation from a DUI incident in 2018. I was positive that the conviction was vacated as I had completed all requirements in early 2020 and was only o...n probation. I immediately reached out to Mr. Deniz... Mr. Deniz responded to me immediately and told me what he required from me. He assured me that I had nothing to worry about the warrant and that something was probably not sent to the courts as it should have been. I sent him everything which I had completed for the conviction. He also assured me that he would be able to attend court the following week on July 27th. and see if the judge would be willing to hear him as we did not have an appointment. True enough, he was able to speak to the judge and was able to show proof of all the requirements that I had completed. There was one requirement which I had completed but was not forwarded to the courts by the Provider of the services and was missing from my records. He was able to recall my warrant within 5 days of getting in touch with him! I was so happy when I heard the good news from him. He delivered what he had promised and if not for Mr. Deniz, I don't know what I would have done. I recommend anyone with a DUI conviction to ask Mr. Deniz to represent you - you can trust him with your case!

Mr. Deniz far exceeded my expectations and brought a long legal nightmare to an end including expunging my charges. Thanks to Mr. Deniz’s expertise I now have again a clean record.
