Where do I start? I was looking at serious penalties and charged with my case. I had an accident(no injuries mind you, but bad nonetheless) and a high BAC. Mark went to work right away. Advised me to enroll in the DUI program before the court date, and get commendations from colleagues to help me in ...the long run. I seriously advise seeking his help if you are in a jam. Mark Deniz is hands down the best lawyer in San Diego. First off, when I consulted him on my case, he told me my possible outcomes and made sure I was aware what I was getting in to. Im soo glad I found him on this website. He helped me throughout the whole process, very reachable for questions, and ...also fights for you. He knows that you have to work and pay bills, so payment is affordable. He actually cares about the outcome, and doesnt let the court system chew you and spit you back out. Mark Deniz was my DUI lawyer. He gave me the smallest possible punishment for DUI, and driving with a suspended license. Add a couple more misdemeanors. Jail was guarantee. But Mark made me comfortable and optimistic. Very competent, experienced, responsive, professional, and trustworthy. In the end,... I got a result that works for my wife, daughter, and me.
