Mark represented me for my first and second DUI. In February of 2015 I was involved in a minor accident with a traffic sign and was arrest for DUI. Mark was able to set up the DMV hearing which they said I wasn't driving impaired and I was able to keep my license. Mark handled all the court proceedin...gs and I never had to show face. The outcome was wonderful in that I got a wet reckless instead of a full blown DUI. I received only a small fine and a 6 week DUI program with 3 years court probation. No extended DUI program, no community service. In March of 2017 I was involved in yet another accident but this time with another vehicle.
