Very polite and knowledgeable

I called Alex about an immigration issue I was having. I am a US resident and I travelled outside the US for over 6 months and I did not know whether or not it would be a problem coming in. I talked to him and he seemed to know everything about the issue and was able to explain it all to me. I am ver...y happy I made that call to him. He spent around 45 minutes on the phone with me for free.
