I made a huge one time mistake in March of 2018 and knew my life would never be the same. Not only did I get into a severe roll over car accident due to my alcohol consumption, my young child was also in the vehicle. I’m ashamed to even admit that I myself put my child in danger that evening, but the...se were my reasonings for needing the skill set of somebody like Mr. Casey to represent me. On sentencing day, we had no clue if I would spend any actual custody time, which was scary, but he had helped to show the judge all of my hard work to rectify my mistake and instead of 1-6 years in prison was given a max of 30 days in county as a potential. On sentencing day, he represented me beautifully and I walked out of court that day with only community service, a year of parenting classes, and some restitution. I do have felony probation as well. But that would have been an outcome with or without serving jail time. I feel Mr Casey did his job as my lawyer and was always very communicative with me even if it was things I didn’t want to hear. I appreciate all of his recommendations and for his words at sentencing that helped to get us the outcome that we got. I was able to go home to my child, which ultimately was priceless. Once I’ve completed my community service, classes, and restitution Mr Casey has promised we will go back to court and ask to reduce my felony to a misdemeanor.
