Facts: Cole is a straight up GANGSTER. I say that not to get your attention but to let you know this is a very authentic review, free of any political correctness. I was a manager in a very high profile job and was charged with a DUI and I needed the best. I had a couple options either to use my frat... brother whom was working from home and taking any case that came his way, or go to the first DUI attorney that pops up on Google ( MR. DUI)- sweet Guy but after I heard his sales pitch he pulled out a menu of his prices without hearing my case ( sorry but that was a Red Flag), or sit in a court room and observe attorneys in their backyard. I chose the latter. After sitting in court all day I almost gave up because all I saw was overworked under payed and horribly dressed scared to death ROOKIES. Until Cole walked in of course. The guy walked in with a swagger and confidence of what you think a real attorney should have. Italian suite with a hanky (lol) and a relationship with the Judge whom got excited to see Cole. Long story short I approached Cole and said this is what happen I need you to represent me. He gave me his card and I called his office later that day and his office was prepared for me before I called it was amazing. His team that included the lovely Ms. Woods and gorgeous staff worked diligently on my case . Ms. Woods lead the DMV case which went all the way to the State Supreme court, and Cole worked on the criminal case. Oside PD claimed my blood was 0.08 and that I failed the sobriety check. Well what I can tell you is that my DL was never suspended, Cole sued the DMV on my behalf and they folded, my blood was re tested and it showed 0.07 . I never stepped in court. DUI was dropped. If your serious about getting results then Cole in my opinion is your only option. He tells you the way it is on day one. No sugar on top just to the point. When the DMV or the prosecution hear or see your being represented by his office I assure you things change. Thats why I refer to him as Gangster because he is feared by the prosecution period. Why.. because he knows the law and he is very resourceful, tactful, motivated to bat .1000 not .900 0r .350 but .1000! Cole has motivated me to get into Law, I am now preparing for my LSAT go figure.

Several months ago, I made a poor decision and drove when I should have called a cab. I blew a 0.09 at the station and, at that moment, I though I was stuck with a DUI on my record (potentially jeopardizing my career). After reality set in, I began interviewing DUI attorneys. I was prepared to lose my license because the DMV takes a concerted 'guilty until proven innocent' position, however Alisha convinced the DMV to overturn the temporary hold and reinstate my driving privileges. Alisha was able to accomplish what most DUI attorneys chalk up as near certainty: six month license suspension. The pre-trial negotiations with the city attorney were an equally impressive demonstration of Cole and Alisha's superiority within the San Diego legal system. Cole frequently met with the prosecutor outside of court to discuss potential plea bargain options. Cole rejected the city's initial proposals and he made it known that we would go to trial (and probably win) if the charge was not reduced. Over four months, Alisha and Cole fought hard and furnished persuasive evidence that ultimately compelled the city attorney to reduce my charge. Then, to top it off, the judge unilaterally inserted a punitive fine in the eleventh hour (I presume in spite of the reduced charge), and when Cole learned of what the judge had done, he voluntarily paid the fine on my behalf. You cannot ask for better service than that. Given my profession, I work with attorneys everyday and I can wholeheartedly recommend Cole and team as one of the most professional, diligent and effective DUI firms in California. They turned a nightmare scenario into situation that gave me hope and then optimism. If you need the best, simply retain Cole and Alisha and trust in their abilities and resources to construct a defense that will result in the best possible outcome. Thank you Alisha and Cole!

Mr. Casey is nothing short of a miracle worker. I was arrested for two DUI's but with Mr. Casey's help was able to get the charges reduced to a first offense. Just speaking with Mr. Casey during my initial consultation helped ease my nerves about my impending cases. He was always willing to help and ...always had a primary and secondary plan of attack. Having a DUI and the looming consequences weighing on your mind is horribly stressful. It was my first DUI and I had no idea what to expect, what the process is and what punishments I would face. I met with several lawyers around sd and was unimpressed to say the least, but to be honest I didn't know... what to expect, I had never been in this position before. I booked a meeting with cole and he came in to meet me on a Saturday. I explained my unique circumstances and he listened intently and gave his opinion. He was the only lawyer I felt who was not only listening but trying to find a way to get me out of this. No detail was too small, he was engaged and passionate and made me feel confident that if there was a way to get me off he would find it. My unique DUI involved prescription drugs and alcohol and not only did Cole have experience defending people in my situation but he wanted to know if I was having troubles with it or if I had a problem. It was a small thing but it felt like he wanted to know I was in a good place mentally and emotionally even before he took a dollar. I was slightly hesitant about the price until I realized what it included. DMV court, criminal court, all meetings, coordinating Experts for trial, expungement, insurance reference and the list goes on. When I compared the costs to other lawyers, each of these were billed separately and so would add up to the same if not more than Cole. Best of all is he was hungry to defend me, the other lawyers were all thinking pleading guilty, Cole was ready to go to trial and ready to win. He knew my arresting officer, the prosecutor of my trial, more importantly her boss, the judge and just about everybody throughout the process. His team was in constant communication with me through every step. While his staff handled different aspects of my case ( they were great as well) it was cole meeting with me, calling me and more importantly standing by me in court. I saw one of the other lawyers I almost went with while in court and the disparity between their professionalism, confidence and even suit just reminded me what a great decision I had made. We were set to go to trial when my expert fell through (at no fault of cole). Cole had another top notch expert ready to go to bat the next day. We ended up settling for a reckless driving ( no other lawyer even thought that was possible). Cole called and made sure that was what I wanted and then made the deal. I am not exaggerating when I say Coles influence and connections directly resulted in the settlement of this case. Cole offered to cover the expert witness trial prep fees because he knew I was in financial straits at the time. I couldn't be happier with the out come and am waiting to get this expunged off my record ( another feature included in the initial price.) if I just wanted to plead guilty I might have gone with another cheaper lawyer. Cole explained the law to me and showed me I had a fighting chance and looking back on the trial and setup I am so relieved I did not tighten my wallet because this was a huge crossroad in my life and with the money I saved from my reduced charge I ended up paying less than if I went with a cheaper lawyer and plead guilty. I still recommend talking to other lawyers, but if you aren't visiting and seriously considering Cole Casey then you will seriously regret it.

Grateful! You don't realize in the beginning how everything will work out. This was my second DUI and cost was well worth it! Cole Casey is very knowledgeable of law but also has respectful relationships with the courts and each DA. Understands and respects our law enforcement, as well as giving them... training! Example: good friend in a very high profile position at worldwide company based in San Diego called in middle of night. First person after bail was get him to Cole Casey! I will make a statement that you will only realize if you choose the the wrong attorney and don't call Cole Casey!!!! Case is settled and have classes to enroll and had to have 3 days of house arrest and bracelet. Here is the point! Sheriff department joked about the court system making me do this. Next point: if I didnt have Cole Casey as my attorney I would spent a lot of time in jail and would have had bracelet/3 times a day breatherlizer for 3 to 9 months. One executive that was in group reporting had over a year of doing this. He had the wrong attorney. Point I am making is that you won't see how bad will be by picking the wrong attorney in the beginning.
