I was arrested on a second DUI during the probationary period of my first DUI. Needless to say, I was terrified of the consequences. My son had one drink 2 weeks before his 21st birthday and was caught at a sobriety check point. He was not legally drunk, but in CA you can't have anything and drive before your 21.
