I, stupidly, managed to acquire a 3rd DUI, whilst on probation for a 2nd one in Orange County, CA. Cole Casey's law firm was recommended to me, ironically, by my bail bonds firm, who had never met him either, but had heard good things from their clients. Mr. Casey took my felony DUI case, out of county, in November 2007. He was able to work with the prosecution to reach an agreement that kept me out of jail. He went to court several times on my behalf since then to try to have the sentence reduced. Finally, in February 2013, he was able to have it... reduced to a misdemeanor against the adamant, however blind, will of the prosecution. Cole agreed to see my case to the end and he kept true to his word, all on the initial retainer. If you have a DUI in San Diego, you need to call this man. He is very busy, but if you are patient, you will find that he knows his clients, and he fights for them.
