Only one attorney to call in San Diego or West Coast

Grateful! You don't realize in the beginning how everything will work out. This was my second DUI and cost was well worth it! Cole Casey is very knowledgeable of law but also has respectful relationships with the courts and each DA. Understands and respects our law enforcement, as well as giving them... training! Example: good friend in a very high profile position at worldwide company based in San Diego called in middle of night. First person after bail was get him to Cole Casey! I will make a statement that you will only realize if you choose the the wrong attorney and don't call Cole Casey!!!! Case is settled and have classes to enroll and had to have 3 days of house arrest and bracelet. Here is the point! Sheriff department joked about the court system making me do this. Next point: if I didnt have Cole Casey as my attorney I would spent a lot of time in jail and would have had bracelet/3 times a day breatherlizer for 3 to 9 months. One executive that was in group reporting had over a year of doing this. He had the wrong attorney. Point I am making is that you won't see how bad will be by picking the wrong attorney in the beginning.

Mr. James Moffat

Mr. Glenn Cole Casey & staff were absolutely professional, caring, and, discrete from the very beginning! They kept me apprised of all issues, court actions, and DMV responsibilities. They were very flexible to meet with me to discuss every step in the process and let me know what my duties and respo...nsibilities were in this case. I am very pleased with their hard work in my DUI case and they were able to get my DUI charge reduced to a "Reckless Driving" offense. Thank you so much!

The best money ever spent

I, stupidly, managed to acquire a 3rd DUI, whilst on probation for a 2nd one in Orange County, CA. Cole Casey's law firm was recommended to me, ironically, by my bail bonds firm, who had never met him either, but had heard good things from their clients. I interviewed 4 law firms in the height of... my panic, just days after my arrest....what can I say? Mr. Casey and his staff blew the other law firms out of the water, from my initial introduction through to the final, agonizing few months. Professionalism and knowledge were instrumental in my choice of representation and it all started with Ashley, who answered the phone on my first call to Cole Casey's firm. She was so patient as she listened to my tears and heard the panic in my voice and was able to book, right then and there, an appointment with Cole. When I met with him, my panic immediately subsided a little. There is no B.S with this man. DUIs are the ONLY type of law that he represents and that is what I was seeking. He put me at ease, telling me that he had never had a client with a 3rd DUI ever end up doing jail time. He was kind, patient, friendly with me, yet I could tell that there was a Tiger roaring inside him, ready to defend me. My choice of Cole Casey's law firm was the best money I have ever spent. Between him and Alisha Woods, who carefully monitored and represented me at all the DMV hearings, I knew that I couldn't have been in better hands. I listened to everything that he told me to do, from wearing a SCRAM bracelet for 275 days and attending group therapy sessions and, true to his word, after following all his instructions, a year to the day of my arrest, the DA (prosecution) decided to file no charges against me. It was the longest year of my life, living in limbo and waiting to see if I would be charged with a 3rd DUI and the outcome couldn't have been better. Mr. Casey treated me, the client, as if I were the only client his firm represented, gave me his own, personal cell phone number to call anytime and between him and his staff, I knew that I couldn't have had better representation behind me. With his years of working DUIs in San Diego, he is extremely well known with the courts, the police department and the DA and just having his name representing me I knew made the prosecution know that his client, me, was willing to fight all the way to the bitter end. Heaven forbid that I would ever end up in this awful position again, there would be no time lost on my part in calling on Mr. Casey to represent me.....I was treated with dignity and respect, something that other law firms sorely lacked. I sincerely believe that whether you are facing your first or third DUI, that this man and his wonderful staff, will be the best money you ever could spend on something so important.

Hire Cole Casey!!!

Do not waste your time trying to hire a different lawyer to save a few extra bucks, hire Mr. Casey! He will not just fight hard for your case but he is extremely well respected among many judges in San Diego and this could very likely include the judge you are up against!

Sticks by you until the job is done.

Mr. Casey took my felony DUI case, out of county, in November 2007. He was able to work with the prosecution to reach an agreement that kept me out of jail. He went to court several times on my behalf since then to try to have the sentence reduced. Finally, in February 2013, he was able to have it... reduced to a misdemeanor against the adamant, however blind, will of the prosecution. Cole agreed to see my case to the end and he kept true to his word, all on the initial retainer. If you have a DUI in San Diego, you need to call this man. He is very busy, but if you are patient, you will find that he knows his clients, and he fights for them.
