Alex Tramontano is associate attorney with the Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, practicing primarily construction litigation with respect to the sale of residential property. Mr. Tramontano's focus is achieving a fair result, at an efficent cost, and in a timely manner.
At Stutz Artiano Shinoff & Holtz, APC Mr. Tramontano focused on civil litigation and maintained a diverse practice across multiple areas of law. His practice also included appellate work in both the California Court of Appeal and the Federal Ninth Circuit. This included cases with clients such as Sundt Construction, Inc., Mercer Construction Co., Travelers Insurance, Walgreen Co., Wal-Mart, Wendy's, Car Dealerships, School Districts, Municipalities, and various public officials.
Mr. Tramontano graduated from California Western School of Law, located in San Diego. While in law school, he received an Award for Academic Excellence in Medical Malpractice Litigation and two Public Service Honors Awards for his work with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office in the Insurance Fraud Unit.
Before attending law school, Mr. Tramontano graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, cum laude, with majors in both Political Science and Legal Studies.
