Steven G. Kochen

Steven Kochen was retained by us as a consultant over a five year period. We attempted to bring him on board as a permanent employee but he was unwilling to move to our corporate headquarters. Thus, we we ended up hiring a full time attorney to help us on compliance matters relating to a Multi-Leve...l Marketing (MLM) company. There is an expression that you never fully appreciate anyone until they are gone. That expression was certainly more than true in this case.
