I was charged with a DUI with a .13 BAC. while in the police academy. I could not afford to have a DUI on my record and in order to get reinstated back into the academy I needed a wet reckless and a minimum amount of probation. This was by far no easy task as the Officer who pulled me over establish...ed enough PC. It was going to be an up hill battle. David was very honest with me about my charges but he worked hard and had my charges reduced. David always kept me informed of anything with the case and worked diligently to have my charges reduced. He kept me updated in my case, he let me know what was going to happen if some actions were taken and if we had a chance. He answered my questions and explained it thoroughl...y.
