I was a client for a year and a half. in that time Ms. Miller did not counsel me as to options in my post divorce settlement, instead chewed through a lot of money. I never received a final bill or detailed billing statement until 6 months after I asked her to come off my case. She takes an excessive amount of time to return calls and appears to be overwhelmed and unable to give my case the full attention it deserved. At a court appearance she was late and was not prepared to make any argument. Very knowledgeable but perhaps burned out.

I endorse this lawyer. I had a conversation with an agent for the Department of Child Support Services and mentioned that I saw Janet C. Miller walking into the office, they told me that they were afraid of Janet and that no one wanted to argue with her. I took that to mean that Janet does not back down and knows what she is talking about in terms of child support. In my experience, and from what I have seen, Janet is smart, knows the law, and is a zealous advocate. You cannot get anything past her and watch out if you get on her bad side in court!!!!
