Got the job done

What matters at the end of the day is results. And Vikas got it done. The responsiveness was slow at times and weeks would go by without an update but in the end who really cares because the results was the one I needed. Highly recommended!

Look No Further

Being arrested for a DUI is no laughing matter and carries serious consequences if convicted. Even more so, if it is a second the consequences seem unreal. After being arrested for a DUI, I immediately began to search for an attorney to represent me in the matter. I used Avvo for my search and conta...cted several attorneys. I had prepared questions to ask each attorney on how they would be handling my case if hired. The responses to the questions varied with each. However, of the attorneys I contacted, only one stood out, Mr. Bajaj. My experience with the law office of Mr. Bajaj was both satisfying and exceptional. Foremost, I called the office to have my questions answered. I was immediately connected with Mr. Bajaj. He was very straight forward on the phone and conveyed a very competent understanding of the law. There was no pressure to hire him nor did he present me with any false hope as to the outcome of my case. Next, I called his office to schedule a face to face. They were able to schedule me at my convenience. At the office, I received a warm and welcoming greeting from the staff. I was very impressed during my first meeting with Mr. Bajaj. He has a very professional demeanor in both his words and conduct. During our conversation he did not make any promises as to the outcome of the case, but provided me with the assurance that he would give his best efforts. After the meeting, I hired Mr. Bajaj to represent me. In the following weeks I continued to communicate with his office. I received updates via email on my case in addition to phone calls. Any questions that I presented received a prompt response. This added to my positive experience. Furthermore, they provided me with sound guidance in preparing for the case. The interactions with his office bestowed a great level of confidence in their ability to handle my case. The outcome of the case was very satisfying. I don’t think I would have had the same results should I have chosen a different law office to represent me. I am forever grateful for the service Mr. Bajaj and his staff provided me during this trying time. Thank you. I would highly recommend Mr. Bajaj if you are facing a criminal charge.

Feedback on Law Office of Vikas Bajaj

The Law office of Vikas Bajaj handled our case. It was a petty theft case but the way his organisation managed it was extremely processional. We received very clear guidance on what to expect and how the case may lead into an outcome. The attorney walked us through the potential outcomes and how bes...t to deal with each situation. The staff was extremely friendly and understanding. they were also very prompt and responsive in communication. Mr. Bajaj also called us personally after the case to ensure everything was handled to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond to even get us some responses on potential impacts to other related areas. Highly recommend Mr. Bajaj and his firm.

Quality in the First Degree

Firstly, I would say "professional" to describe the Law office's of Vikas Bajaj. Mr Bajaj and Mr Blair were extremely competent regarding my case. I located this Law Firm through reviews on the web. They were easy to contact and listened intently as I described my case to them. A meeting was schedule...d and they walked me through the steps of my case from A to Z. I was informed of the courts timeline, possible punishments and the end state that the Law Firm would seek to provide. In addition to being very accommodating during my time of need, they provided me with educated, honest and well articulated answers to all my questions. Throughout the entire process I was able to contact the firm at anytime. They kept regular contact with me and stood by my side at all times. I committed a crime of moral turpitude, non-violent but still it was against good judgement and community morals. I could have faced some serious punishments, but with Mr Bajaj and Mr Blair my penalty's were seriously lightened to a misdemeanor and probation. I felt the punishment was fair and well fought for, and because of this law firm the prosecutor did not achieve his goal for the maximum penalty of felony's and jail time. In this case "the book was not thrown at me." I think with any other randomly advertised firm the outcome would have been very undesirable. I wanted to take a moment and thank the staff there also, they were courteous and professional alike. In this instance I payed for quality representation, and what I felt was an equally weighted defense that gave me the comfort to face a very confusing legal system. If you have read this please know that I felt this Law Firm was quality in the First Degree.

Beyond disapointed

I would not believe one of these reviews. This attorney is by far the worst I have ever hired and the most expensive. Vikas Bajaj paints a picture that he is a great lawyer and he will work in your best interests. He has Poor communication. Vikas never returns my phone calls his secretary is the only... one who will get back to me in regards to my case. I feel like Viaks looks out for the city's best interest. Please beware of these reviews because at least with me he was not as good as he portrays himself to be. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!1
