Excellent Attorney For Criminal Defense

Excellent service

Very happy with the way Mr. Marion and Mr. Bajaj handled my case. Even though I live out of state and my case could have been put on the back burner, it was not. Mark was consistent in his communication with me as a client, which was wholly appreciated. They did an amazing job and I received a full d...ismissal. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Outstanding Professionalism

I had a situation wherein I was falsely accused of sexual assault. It was an attempt to make a grab for my newly acquired inheritance. Never having been on the wrong side of the law before and myself being a strong proponent of justice for women I just could not believe it was happening to me. It was... like something out of a nightmare. I wont go into too many details but needless to say it caused an unbelievable amount of stress for me on a multitude of levels. In the end, the case was dropped. Regardless of whether an individual knows they are innocent, just the accusation alone can cause unbelievable stress on all facets of one’s person. In today’s controversial climate along with the propagation of various forms of social media, people can say anything for any reason or motivation. It is easy to quickly find yourself attacked by false claims with the intent to destroy your life and reputation by taking advantage of this knowledge. For this reason, if you should find yourself in a similar predicament, one needs to find a reliable attorney who will be prompt on reply, courteous, thorough, and straightforward. There is a sea of possible candidates out there. Not really knowing anything about the law and what to look for in an attorney, I had stumbled onto the law offices of Mr. Bajaj. I knew that a good attorney wasn’t cheap but that they would also have all the qualities I have aforementioned. It’s a bit of a gamble and a bit of trust but the level of professionalism displayed during our consultation sold me. Mr. Marion spoke to me as a representative for Mr. Bajaj. He called me back very promptly and after hearing of my situation wasted no time in relaying it to Mr. Bajaj. They were very prompt in handling my case and were straightforward about their thoughts, opinions, and knowledge. They knew how much it was bothering me and periodically updated me along the way, always making sure I knew that they were available should I ever need to talk or ask anything. I’ve learned far more about what makes a defense attorney good than I’ve ever cared to know but I am grateful for the hard work of Mr. Bajaj, Mr. Marion, and anyone associated with their office. In short, I strongly recommend them for their services. Just have some patience with the process - realize that sometimes things take more time than we realize for a whole multitude of reasons and you’re paying for them to help handle the bulk of that stress by dealing with the case directly so in the meantime you can try to continue onwards with your life. Thank you again for your hard work, Mr. Bajaj, in helping a good man in a hard time.

Wrongfully accused ADW with GBA dropped

Mr. Bajaj is an amazing attourney. I was wrongfully detained and enlisted the help of Mr Bajaj and his legal team. Mark, Mr. Bajaj's associate attorney, listened to what happened and reassured my that were there for me and explained everything step by step.Having a detailed expert explination is so ...very vritical to peace of mind when your world turns upside down. Within 24 hours of my intial call Mr. Bajaj had a explination and a course of action. Mark located video cameras in the area which caught the incident. Sarah has the kindest voice I ever heard. I thought my life as I knew it was over and she was the first voice I heard from the law office. She told me my life was not over and gave me a detailed histor of the law office. In the end Mr. Bajaj cleared and his team cleared all of my legal troubles. You cannot find better attorneys that are at the Law Offices of Vikas Bajaj.
