Perfect man for the job

Had the pleasure of finding a diamond in the ruff with this man. I recently just got sentenced to a lesser charged which initially could have ruined my life. Peter made this whole unexpected experience comfortable as possible with his knowledge and unquestionable experience. He is a straight shooter ...and will give it to you as simple as possible, no cherries on top with this guy. I would most absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, kind and understanding person to represent them because at the end of the day he gets the job done and the results speaks for themselves. Amazing Representation!

I am 60 years old and had never been arrested before. I was arrested for something that I had nothing to do with however the 16 felony charges were very real, I was very scared. My wife found Peter Blair online and we went to interview him to see if he was a good fit. From the minute we sat down he ...made me feel confident in his understanding of the circumstances and the process we would be going through, (although I questioned him constantly) he never made me feel like I was asking to many questions or bothering him, he patiently walked me through everything that we did from numerous readiness hearings to the prelim at which my case was dismissed!!! I would highly recommend Peter Blair, he is very knowledgeable and has a very good feel for the law and the proper strategies to be used in this very complicated legal system. I can't thank Peter enough for letting my wife and I breathe again.

Above and Beyond Rating

I was alleged with abduction of omg very own daughter and Peter Blair helped me dismiss the case. He communicates with you in a timely manner and will help you throughout the entire case. I messaged him with a very short notice to show up in my other hearing which was located in Vista that he may be ...able to help and he showed up in time no ifs no buts. Other than that he is well updated with the calendar and informs you about the hearing dates as well not like other lawyers there who are very disorganized, always late, very unreliable and two-faced. Above all I am very happy the case got dismissed and restrictions were deleted. I think the money you pay for is more than worth it. Goodluck and Godbless.

knows the law, is tenacious

Two things I have learned from my experience is that you need your reputation and if you loose it. You must get a great lawyer. I made a stupid mistake, and that mistake was going to take my reputation, job, and livelihood. Peter is a skilled lawyer, he is tenacious and proactive. I honestly thin...k his reputation helped my case. If the DA is inundated with cases, a good attorney can build relationships with Assistant DAs, influence charges, or provide mitigating information to show you are a better class of person, and you own your mistake. I honestly think Peter's reputation and standing in the SD legal community saw that no charges were filed against me. He had an action plan if charges were filed and how we would fight. My personal opinion. A good lawyer can negotiate down charges, and Peter Blair's reputation in the DA's office speaks for itself. If you can afford an attorney get the best.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

can’t be thankful enough for Peter Blair. From the first day I spoke to him to him I knew he was going to fight for the case. We had another lawyer that was just going to let my husband get charged with FELONIES and end his military career. As soon as Blair was hired he made sure everything was good ...to go professional, and aggressive and after setting many court dates Blair would not give up on having my husband keep his career. My family can’t be thankful enough after many months and right in time for the holidays. Blessed!
